Schatz reportedly sold the estate to Bezos, currently the second richest man in the world after Elon Musk, in a private deal for $ 78 million. The approximately 14-acre estate includes a 4,500-square-foot house, a 1,700-square-foot guesthouse, and a 700-square-foot swimming pool, Dirt reports. According to a characteristic of Maui Magazine, the main house has an outdoor kitchen, teak deck, waterfall and ocean view.

Because the property includes the remains of a Hawaiian fish pond, there is also a private white sand beach.
